Our Payroll Service Program takes away the “paperwork overload” that comes along with payroll processing and when you hire new employees. By placing your staff on our payroll, we provide you some much-needed relief from paperwork, and the opportunity to evaluate performance without the fear of costly unemployment claims.
AccuStaff handles all payroll-related functions including workers compensation, unemployment, and all withholding including Nevada Employment Tax, FICA, social security, FUI and SUI. Our services also include processing any garnishments or additional withholding’s as requested. At year end we will process W-2 tax forms and distribute them to all employees.
Employees that have more than 40 hours of service with our agency are eligible for a benefits program including medical services and prescription drug benefits, dental, vision and short term disability coverage at a minimal cost.
As a payroll client your only responsibility is to provide the amount of hours worked each week by the employees and we handle the rest. We will process time sheets, issue weekly paychecks and deliver them to your office each Thursday. Then, each week you will receive and invoice from us for the cost of the payroll and our services combined and you will have 30 days in which to submit payment on each invoice. Other custom arrangements can be made to best suit your operation if necessary, just let us know.
